• 會議主旨：

  約2500年前，佛教起源於印度，其發展與傳播有三個時期：初期之南傳（斯里蘭卡、緬甸、泰國、寮國等地）的聲聞乘佛教、中期之北傳（中國、韓國、日本、越南等地）的菩薩乘佛教、及後期之藏傳（西藏、蒙古等地）金剛乘佛教。也是流傳至今佛教三大禪修傳統的歷史淵源。

  從早期佛教的《阿含經》，到部派、大乘佛教的諸論，乃至現代各傳承的禪師著作、開示，禪修這一課題隨著佛教的發展而不斷地開花結果，呈現出各式各樣的禪修理論與實踐方式。

  本次國際研討會主題為「佛教禪修傳統：比較與對話」。可從佛教禪修傳統本身的比較或者是與其他宗教禪修或與其他科學的對話，以增加對佛教禪修傳統的了解。

Giovanni Verardi

Giovanni Verardi has been professor of Indian Archaeology and Archaeology of Central Asia at the Università L’Orientale of Naples, and has been a member of IsIAO (former IsMEO), Rome. He has carried out excavations and surveys in Afghanistan (Ghazni), in Nepal (in Kathmandu and at the Ashokan site of Gotihawa in the Tarai) and in China (Luoyang), as well as extensive surveys and research work in India and Pakistan.

佛學與正念療法相關經驗：
大學時期開始接觸佛法，碩士論文以<天台宗智者大師的實相論>為主題。2010年開始在德國弗萊堡與英國牛津大學學習MBSR與MBCT。至今在台灣醫護心理與教育等領域，主持正念工作坊約100場，在南華大學開設正念療法約10學期課程，積極推動正念療法到助人專業教育領域，並發展正念學術研究。

宗玉媺 (Yoke Meei Choong)

摘要

宗玉媺現任台灣佛光大學佛教學系副教授，其主要研究領域是以語言文獻為基礎，來探究佛教思想的演變，尤其專注於大乘佛教思想如何以早期佛教為淵源，結合當時時代因素的發展。她著有專書Zum Problem der Leerheit (śūnyatā) in der Prajñāpāramitā，以及主要論文如〈菩薩應不應證實際？—從大乘經典看證悟觀念的轉變〉(《中央研究院中國文哲研究集刊》) ，Nirvāṇa and Tathatā in the Yogācāra Texts: The Bodhisattva’s Adaptation of the Śrāvaka-Path (Journal of Indian Philosophy)。

潘襎 (Fan Pan)

摘要

法國巴黎第一大學美術史博士候選人、日本大阪大學文學博士（美學藝術學）。佛光大學文化資產與創意學系主任兼創新育成中心主任、亞洲藝術研究中心主任。曾任國立臺灣美術館典藏委員、國父紀念館審議委員、宜蘭縣政府文化委員等職。著作、翻譯、編著（單行本）計有『藝術學手冊』(日文原著，臺北，藝術家出版社)、『茶湯藝術論』（著作，宜蘭，佛光人文社會學院）、『希臘美術模仿論』（德文原著，臺北，典藏出版社）、『塞尚書簡全集』（法文原著，臺北，藝術家出版社）、『陳其寬』（著作，臺北，藝術家出版社）、『威廉˙莫理斯』（著作，臺北，藝術家出版社）、『藝術沙龍──臺灣水墨氣象』（沙龍主持人，北京，人民美術出版社）等三十餘冊。研究領域有東西美學藝術學、比較藝術學、美術史學、風土學、身體論以及佛教藝術。

賴賢宗 (Shen-chon Lai)

摘要

賴賢宗，現任國立臺北大學中國文學系教授暨東西哲學與詮釋學研究中心主任。臺灣大學哲學博士， 1998年獲德國慕尼黑大學哲學博士學位。2012年成立「社團法人中華經典唱持與人文詮釋學會」並擔任理事長。已經出版學術著作二十餘本專書，如《佛教詮釋學》、《如來藏說與唯識思想的交涉》、《道家禪宗、海德格與當代藝術》、《海德格與道家禪宗的跨文化溝通》……等。

溫宗堃 (Tzungkuen Wen)

摘要

法鼓佛教學院專任助理教授。
澳洲昆士蘭大學宗教學博士。
研究興趣為初期佛教、巴利佛教、正念的理論與應用。近來致力於研究、推廣正念禪修在當代社會的運用。

Sāmaṇerī Dhammadinnā

摘要

Sāmaṇerī/sikkhamānā Dhammadinnā was born in Italy in 1980 and went forth in Sri Lanka in 2012. She studied Indology, Tibetology and Indo-Iranian philology at the University of Naples and at the International Research Institute for Advanced Buddhology at Soka University in Tokyo. She obtained her doctorate in 2010 with a dissertation on doctrinal and religio-historical aspects of the Khotanese ‘Book of Zambasta’. Her main research interests are early Buddhist texts, the formative phases of Mahāyāna ideology in Khotan in the fifth and sixth centuries, and the development of the theories, practices and ideologies of Buddhist meditative traditions. She is currently a researcher at Dharma Drum Buddhist College, mainly working on a collated digital edition, annotated translation and comparative study of the āgama quotations in Śamathadeva’s Abhidharmakośopāyikāṭīkā preserved in Tibetan translation.
